Professor Gillian Ku's internationally recognised research and teaching are in the broad area of negotiations and decision making. Her research has focused on influencing and persuading change at both the individual and group level.

Previously a financial analyst for Disney Corporation, Professor Ku is now a corporate trainer for a number of corporations worldwide. He holds a MA and a PhD in economics from Harvard University and has carried out research on a wide range of topics, including banking, corporate governance, asset allocation, real estate finance and pensions, which has appeared in top finance and economics journals and newspapers.

Professor Cocco is an accomplished teacher, who has won several teaching awards including the Excellence in Teaching Award, here at London Business School for She has also received multiple research grants from major funding agencies in the United States.

Focuses on the design, analysis and application of quantitative models for managerial decision-making. He conducts research on inequality in the workplace, primarily with respect to gender. His work examining whether female managers influence the wage gap between their male and female subordinates was published in the American Journal of Sociology.

Professor Randall Peterson teaches interpersonal skills and self-awareness to improve team and organisational leadership. His research has been accepted for publication in top journals, including the Accounting Review and Journal of Accounting Research.

Prior to academia, he worked as a banker in Turkey. Jessica has a wealth of expertise in translating strategy into action in real business environments. She has designed, led and run numerous client-tailored workshops and training events for LBS over the past 10 years. Professor Nader Tavassoli focus enables marketers and non-marketers to work together to execute the organisational strategy.

The scholarships are awarded to women by London Business School to support diversity and female participation in our Executive Education Programmes. The scholarships cover full participation in lectures, group work, executive coaching, experiential activities and accommodation on campus.

Candidates are reviewed on the basis of their written application and supporting references. Successful applicants are invited to a panel interview at London Business School.
